My interest in photography began with my involvement in outdoor activities in the early 1970's. Over time, it gradually took a new direction with my commitment to endurance sports such as running, cycling and xc skiing.
Over the years I have used both 35mm and 2 ¼ inch format film cameras. These include Pentax, Mamiya, Kowa and my current choice Nikon.
The development of digital cameras made if viable to once again take pictures in the two sports that I have been heavily involved with; xc skiing and Road Cycling as a competitor, a race organizer and finally as a photographer.
I also take photos of the activities undertaken by the students I teach at a Secondary College, occasional landscapes and travel photos. However, my main interest is Sport. This web site gives me the opportunity to display my photos and promote both xc Skiing and Road Cycling in Victoria Australia.
